Piper Niven shares neck injury update

WWE Superstar Piper Niven has shared a crucial neck injury update.

Weeks after undergoing her neck surgery and out of action for over a year now, Niven recently revealed on social media that she has been “healing beautifully.”

Niven, 35, has been sidelined since August 2025 with a neck injury. She underwent surgery earlier this year and has now opened up about her recovery.

“Howdy cowpokes, got my 12 week scans and everything is ‘healing beautifully.’ I logged into a tonne of messages of love and concern and I wanted to say thank you so much. I am probably not gonna get back to anyone before I Irish goodbye back out of social media please don’t hate me but thank you all for giving a hoot.”

Niven announced going off social media for some time while also sharing an update on her injury. She uploaded several photos of her scan, giving fans a real-time glimpse into her injury recovery.

“Imma go back to living my geriatric Florida bam life. Maybe be back on in a bit or maybe disappear off the face of the earth who knows. I heard no one even does posts anymore so maybe no one will see this? Who am I even talking to? Ok love you bye,” she finished.
