WWE announces Wrestlepalooza 2026 as part of new international deal
WWE is bringing Wrestlepalooza back for 2026, though the PLE will have a much different location.
The WWE-ESPN PLE era began in September 2025 with Wrestlepalooza being held in Indianapolis. This year, the show is heading to Australia and moving back a few months. It will take place at RAC Arena in Perth on Saturday, December 12.
Wrestlepalooza is happening as part of a new three-year deal between WWE and the Western Australian Government. From 2026-2028, Perth will play host to “WWE Weekend Takeovers” featuring SmackDown, a PLE, and Raw.
SmackDown is set for RAC Arena on December 11, with Wrestlepalooza following on December 12 and then Raw on December 14.
Perth has now become something of a regular stop for WWE. The company and the government of Western Australia also partnered together for Elimination Chamber in 2024 and Crown Jewel in 2025.
Three-day combo tickets for the weekend takeover are set to go on sale on September 10. WWE notes that, in addition to the three events, Perth “will also play host to a range of WWE fan experiences throughout the city, including WWE Superstores, WWE Superstar meet-and-greets, community activities and more.”
WWE PLE schedule for remainder of 2026 —
Prior to this addition, December WWE PLEs had been phased out over the past few years. There is no PLE scheduled for September, but WWE now has October, November, and December events on the calendar — with another November date expected to be added in Saudi Arabia.
- Saturday, October 10: Money in the Bank at Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana
- Saturday, November 28: Survivor Series: WarGames at Daikin Park in Houston, Texas
- Saturday, December 12: Wrestlepalooza at RAC Arena in Perth, Australia
