Bayley Returns! Feuds We Need To See In WWE

Bayley is back on Monday Night RAW, returning to WWE for the first time in a couple of months amidst a lot of talk and speculation regarding her future. Conflicting reports have emerged on Bayley’s return to WWE programming, with Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio noting that she’d signed a new deal with WWE, whereas PWInsider reported that she hadn’t as of yet.

Regardless, Bayley is back at least for a little while on WWE programming, and there are a whole host of opponents we want to see her wrestle and feud with, whether that be new and up-and-coming stars or old foes.

Stephanie Vaquer

• Vaquer has never wrestled Bayley.
• Bayley vs. Vaquer would be a high profile WWE match.
• Both women can steal the show on any WWE card.

Stephanie Vaquer has hit several high notes since arriving in WWE, but she has yet to face some of WWE’s biggest and best stars, including Bayley. Over the years, Bayley has stolen the show with the likes of Sasha Banks, Iyo Sky, and Bianca Belair, proving her in-ring quality time and time again.

Although Vaquer hasn’t yet gotten the chance to work with Belair, she has previously also had a great showcase against Sasha Banks (in AEW) and against Iyo Sky at Wrestlepalooza 2025. Bayley & Vaquer being matched up in the ring is a recipe for success and we need to see this showdown soon.

Charlotte Flair

• Bayley & Charlotte Flair are two of WWE’s Four Horsewomen.
• They haven’t had a full-blown singles feud in WWE since 2019.
• Bayley & Flair deserve one final feud together.

In the past, Charlotte Flair and Bayley have engaged in feuds over world titles, but it has been a whole seven years since their last full-blown singles feud on WWE programming – back when Bayley turned heel for the first time! With it being so long since then, it would be nice to see these two all-time greats of the women’s division do battle again.

Some of the storytelling in their previous feuds was far from ideal, so giving them a chance to tell a personal, deep story one final time before Bayley either leaves WWE or one of the two decide to call it a day for good (although that is likely to be way far off), would be a nice repayment for all their hard work.

Rhea Ripley

• Bayley vs. Rhea Ripley sounds like a surreal showdown.
• They’ve only ever had one singles match in WWE.
• Bayley & Ripley could tear the house down.

Despite Rhea Ripley being on WWE main roster for six years, she and Bayley have only met one time in singles action, coming in a throwaway match on Monday Night RAW back in 2023.

Given how successful both women have been – each winning world titles, having big singles showdowns at WrestleMania, and winning Royal Rumble matches – it would make sense to capitalize on their respective name value with a major rivalry. This would be something completely new and fresh for the WWE women’s division, and it is wild that it hasn’t happened sooner.

Roxanne Perez

• Bayley & Roxanne Perez previously feuded in NXT.
• This is a feud that deserves time on WWE’s main roster.
• Bayley can elevate Perez to the next level in WWE.

In 2025, Bayley went down to NXT and engaged in a feud with Roxanne Perez which opened the door to the younger star receiving her main roster call-up. The two battled in singles matches on Monday Night RAW and displayed very clear chemistry, so this is a feud that needs to be reinvigorated now that Bayley is back.

At the time, Perez was only new to WWE’s main roster fans, whereas she is now far more established. Having a higher profile feud with Bayley this time around can enable Perez the opportunity to firmly and fully break out to the next level, escaping the shadow of her Judgment Day teammates in Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan.

Jade Cargill

• Cargill is still working to improve in WWE.
• Bayley can bring the best out of anyone on the women’s roster.
• Cargill vs. Bayley is a new and fresh showdown for WWE programming.

One of Bayley’s biggest plus points is that she can make anyone look good, which is exactly why pairing her with Jade Cargill would serve to benefit the rising star. Despite Cargill’s incredible size and stature, she is still not quite up to the level between the ropes as many of her counterparts.

If Cargill were to engage in a feud with Bayley it would provide her with invaluable experience and it would help to further raise her profile with a statement victory.

AJ Lee

• Bayley & AJ Lee are close friends.
• They wrestled on Monday Night RAW earlier this year.
• Bayley & AJ Lee deserve a proper feud on WWE TV.

It is no secret that AJ Lee and Bayley are friends outside of the ring, which is exactly why a heel turn and feud between the two would be so entertaining.

Earlier in 2026 amidst AJ Lee’s Intercontinental Title reign, these two met in the ring for the first time in 13 years on Monday Night RAW, but it wasn’t enough! Whenever AJ Lee returns to WWE programming, a proper feud with Bayley needs to take place.

Jacy Jayne

• Jayne is one of WWE’s newest rising stars.
• Jayne vs. Bayley would be an incredible matchup.
• WWE can elevate Jayne to the main event against Bayley.

Jacy Jayne has made an immediate impression since arriving on the WWE main roster, winning the United States Championship and getting over with the fans as a heel. WWE should do all they can to ensure that her momentum continues, and this can happen in a rivalry with Bayley.

A match between Jacy Jayne and Bayley would promise quality, and it could be a program that takes Jayne to the next level in WWE.
