WWE RAW May 6, 2025
- Sheamus & Gunther tore the house down.
- Ricochet & Ilja Dragunov had a banger.
- Iyo Sky & Natalya had a gem of a match.
With both the King & Queen Of The Ring tournaments in full swing, Monday Night RAW’s May 6 episode was focused mostly on in-ring work – and this proved to be a fantastic thing.
Gunther & Sheamus had yet another match of the year contender, Ricochet & Ilja Dragunov collided in a thrilling bout, Iyo Sky & Natalya had a clinic, among other good matches from up and down the card. It wasn’t so much a storyline-driven show, but that doesn’t mean that it wasn’t a great episode of RAW put forth by Triple H.

WWE RAW February 19, 2024
- Jey Uso & Gunther collided in a great Intercontinental Title match.
- Drew McIntyre vs. Cody Rhodes was a high profile singles match.
- Everything on RAW felt like it mattered.
Triple H did a tremendous job ahead of WrestleMania 40 to fill every episode of Monday Night RAW with strong matches, good segments, and the constant advancements of storyline, and that was no different on February 19.
Drew McIntyre vs. Cody Rhodes was not only a good match but also advanced multiple stories, as did Gunther vs. Jey Uso in the main event of the evening. The Judgment Day’s eight-man tag was also strong, and Chad Gable vs. Ivar was a gem.

WWE RAW June 9, 2025
- R-Truth cut his greatest WWE promo.
- Gunther defeated Jey Uso to become World Heavyweight Champion.
- CM Punk & John Cena kickstarted their final chapter.
The match quality across this episode of Monday Night RAW was consistently high, with two quality men’s and women’s fatal four way matches which served as the first round matches of the King & Queen Of The Ring, plus an intense and fun main event in which Gunther dethroned Jey Uso to win back the World Heavyweight Title.
On top of that, CM Punk & John Cena met in a strong promo, plus R-Truth cut his hair off in a striking speech (that ultimately led to nothing).

WWE RAW March 3, 2025
- Iyo Sky won the Women’s World Title.
- Gunther & Otis overdelivered in the opening match.
- CM Punk cut a scathing promo to kick off RAW.
CM Punk set the tone for this hot episode of Monday Night RAW with a “pipe bomb” type of promo in which he ran down The Rock, John Cena, and more, leading to a great brawl with Seth Rollins too. Things followed up with a great match and segment involving World Heavyweight Champion Gunther and Otis, a fun segment involving Chad Gable’s obsession with luchadors and Mexico, and more!
However, the real highlight of this show came in the main event when Iyo Sky shocked the world by becoming the brand new Women’s World Champion by defeating Rhea Ripley in a fantastic bout.

WWE RAW March 25, 2024
- The Rock decimated Cody Rhodes.
- Ricochet & JD McDonagh tore the house down.
- CM Punk, Drew McIntyre & Seth Rollins had a great promo.
The greatest episode of Monday Night RAW under Triple H came on the road to WrestleMania 40 when the company was at its hottest point in years. The newly turned heel “Final Boss” version of The Rock was on full show, putting in his greatest character work in over two decades as he violently bloodied a defenseless Cody Rhodes in the pouring rain in one of the greatest WWE segments ever. This, along with the excitement surrounding this rivalry on the show, elevated the whole night.
Elsewhere, three men who hated each other – CM Punk, Drew McIntyre & Seth Rollins – clashed in an authentic, natural, and entertaining three-way promo segment which was fantastic. The in-ring quality wasn’t necessarily anything special on this night (aside from a banger between Ricochet & JD McDonagh), but everything was consistent and served a purpose.
