When The Vision first debuted last year, it was a brilliant idea to put Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman together, while allowing the upstart Bron Breakker to grow into a main eventer by being at their side. However, as the group changed, with Bronson Reed, Austin Theory, Logan Paul, and Maxxine Dupri added, and Rollins kicked out, what should have been a compelling storyline was destroyed by multiple injuries. However, just when it looked like the faction was all but dead and buried, Breakker’s revamped booking and the return of Reed has quickly elevated them to being the top heels on WWE Raw. Their attack on Oba Femi was perfect and got them over as bad guys. What’s to come will have every fan hating The Vision with a passion.

The Vision Rebounded on Sunday Night’s Main Event and Raw

After his turn on Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker’s push came to a grinding halt after he lost a World Heavyweight Championship match to CM Punk to begin the year. Then came a hernia injury, which forced him to miss WrestleMania. After returning, he lost his feud to Rollins and played second fiddle in a tag team with Austin Theory. Fans couldn’t understand why WWE had grown bored of him. Triple H and company heard us. After SummerSlam, they worked hard to rebuild what they were destroying.

Having Breakker work with Oba Femi is exactly what he needed. It lit a fire under his character to be angered by Paul Heyman’s respect for The Ruler. Breakker needed to prove that it was he, not Oba, who would become the face of WWE for years to come. In typical heel fashion, he didn’t do it alone. After being out for months with his own injury, Bronson Reed returned at Sunday Night’s Main Event to help destroy Femi. The same thing happened the next night on Raw. In just two nights, The Vision became a dangerous faction, with Bron Breakker as their leader. Just as intriguing is that Paul Heyman hasn’t been part of it.

Bron Breakker Is Frustrated With Paul Heyman’s Disrespect

As The Vision returned at full force, Paul Heyman has watched from the sidelines. At Sunday Night’s Main Event, he watched from backstage, seemingly concerned and not proud of what he saw. When Cathy Kelley approached for an interview, Heyman received a call from an unknown person. Before walking away, he let the mystery caller know he wanted to speak to them about what he had just witnessed.

Breakker hasn’t been happy with Heyman for respecting Femi. In his eyes, it means he’s being disrespected. This continued in a backstage angle on Raw. After destroying Oba, Akira Tozawa, and Otis in the ring, the faction ran into Heyman. He gave a hug to Bronson Reed, praising him for shocking the universe and telling him, “I’m very proud.” Bron Breakker chuckled and got cocky as he adjusted his manager’s suit. Heyman wasn’t pleased. In his eyes, The Vision doesn’t rule anything because Oba Femi is still breathing. As he walked away, Breakker looked frustrated. He wants Heyman to respect him, but he just can’t get there.

Paul Heyman Will Get Revenge With His Mystery Caller

• Attacking Paul Heyman gets The Vision over even more as despicable heels.
• Seth Rollins is the perfect choice to return and help Heyman get even.
• Oba Femi and Otis can join their ranks to take on The Vision.

For The Vision to truly dominate WWE Raw, they need to go a step further. Attacking Oba Femi will get them booed, for sure, but the Ruler can take care of himself. In due time, he’ll get his revenge and win the feud. For the group to get to the next level, they must attack someone else. Sooner, rather than later, a pissed off Breakker is going to snap and turn on Paul Heyman. He’ll beat the respect he desires out of him and the rest of the group will follow without hesitation.

Heyman might often play the bad guy, but few people are as respected by WWE fans as he is. He’s not a wrestler, and he has many times brilliantly sold getting his butt kicked. Remember how well it went when The Bloodline savagely turned on him, taking Roman Reigns to a new level as the Tribal Chief? Roman Reigns didn’t need that moment. He was already established. The Vision really needs it. To grow, they must become vicious, uncompromising, and unpredictable. Turning on Paul Heyman does that. Fans will shower them in boos with Dominik Mysterio levels of nuclear heat for weeks to come.

This also gives momentum to the mystery caller angle. Perhaps it’s Roman Reigns, who will help his former Wiseman in a Bloodline vs. Vision war. However, with Reigns dealing with LA Knight and Solo Sikoa, while the Usos are getting attacked every week by the 946, look for the caller to be someone else. Seth Rollins has been absent since SummerSlam, and while it might seem like a bad idea for him to fight with The Vision yet again, it would make sense for Heyman to seek his help. Throw in Oba Femi and Otis, and suddenly you have a trio who can take on The Vision’s healthy trio. WWE is doing great things with The Vision again. When they beat down Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker spears him into next week, they will get even better.
