Blake Monroe challenges Bayley to show up on WWE SmackDown next week
Blake Monroe and Bayley have been interacting through social media recently.
Bayley’s future with WWE remains uncertain as she has yet to sign a new contract with the company.
However, on Saturday, Bayley responded to a post from Monroe on X where Monroe continued the storyline that she wants her main roster in-ring debut to be for a world title.
Bayley responded at first simply writing, “OK,” in response to Monroe.
When Monroe asked Bayley if that was it, Bayley responded, “maybe… maybe not.”
Monroe then responded, “no one likes a tease, see u on Friday or don’t tweet me again”
Bayley’s situation was addressed by Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Meltzer believes that Bayley being mentioned on Monday’s edition of WWE Raw this week could indicate that she is set to return to WWE.
Meltzer wrote:
“As far as Bayley goes, the frequent mentions of her on Raw this week would indicate to me that they expect her back. If they believed she might be leaving, they would not mention her name.”
