Nick Khan Says WWE Already Has Creative Plans For WrestleMania 43 Wrestling News Source – Latest WWE, AEW, Pro Wrestling News, Sunday Night’s Main Event Results
WWE is already working with creative plans for WrestleMania 43, with Nick Khan outlining the company’s ambitions for its landmark event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Speaking on The Varsity podcast, Khan said WWE is preparing for a significant weekend as WrestleMania heads outside the United States and Canada for the first time.
“It’s never been outside of the US or Canada. It’s going to be in Riyadh. It’s going to be a significant show.”
Khan indicated that creative plans are already in place, although injuries could still force changes.
“We’re already across the creative. Of course that’s subject to any injury… we’re already across the creative.”
The celebrations will also extend to fans watching closer to home. Khan detailed plans for watchalong parties at New York’s MSG Theater on both nights, with NXT and AAA each set to stage a show during the weekend.
“And in addition to that, we announced two shows from the MSG Theater. WrestleMania Saturday will have a watchalong party followed by either NXT or AAA. And the next day, MSG Theater, a watchalong party, followed by either NXT or AAA, whichever one didn’t go on the Saturday night.”
WWE previously announced the New York events, and Khan said the wider plans include viewing parties in other locations around the world.
“So, we’re also going to do viewing parties and all of these things from the US and other countries.”
For Khan, the aim is to give fans a weekend to remember.
“We think, ultimately, the fans will go home happy.”
