WrestleMania 42 attendance numbers revealed, plus how they compare to WrestleMania 41 and WWE’s announced attendance for both years

The WrestleMania 42 attendance figures have been released. The Las Vegas Stadium Authority listed the WrestleMania 42 Saturday attendance as 47,093, and the WrestleMania Sunday attendance as 50,033. The two-day total for the April 18-19 event at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, is listed as 97,126. WWE announced the attendance for WrestleMania 42 Saturday as 55,255, and WrestleMania 42 Sunday as 50,816, for a total of 106,071. For more details, check out Brandon Thurston’s report via PostWrestling.com.
Powell’s POV: Vince McMahon once famously said that they counted everyone in the building, including security and stadium workers, in the attendance figures they released under his watch. I’m not sure what formula is used today, but the announced attendance has been closer to the actual attendance figures since TKO acquired the company.
For comparison’s sake, WrestleMania 41 was held in the same venue on April 19-20, 2025. The Las Vegas Stadium Authority listed the WM41 Saturday attendance as 58,538 and WM41 Sunday attendance as 60,103 for a combined 118,641. WWE announced attendance figures of 63,226 for WM41 Saturday and 61,467 for WM41 Sunday for a total of 124,693.
On a side note, Thurston’s story also included the ticket distribution count listed by WrestleTix for both years. The WrestleTix distribution count was closer to the attendance figures released by the Las Vegas Stadium Authority than WWE’s announced attendance figures were for both years.
