Shinsuke Nakamura says tag team partner is a ‘ticking time bomb’

We pretty much know who Shinsuke Nakamura’s tag team partner is.

In a vignette that aired on social media following SmackDown, Nakamura continued to hype his new partner, calling out the MFTs following their WWE Tag Team title win earlier in the night.

“Me. My partner. Your destruction. My partner is what you pretend to be. Experienced. Vicious. Deadly. He is chaos. He’s a ticking time bomb. Take cover,” Nakamura warned.

The reference to a ticking time bomb, as well as brief flashes of Hiromu Takahashi, virtually confirm that it’s the former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion. He left the NJPW back in February, with reports later stating both he and the former EVIL (now Naraku) would be heading to WWE.

Other digital exclusives

WWE posted a number of exclusives on social media following Friday’s show. One had Nick Aldis name Giulia as Blake Monroe’s first opponent, though it wasn’t announced when that match would take place. Another segment had Ricky Starks confront Fraxiom, saying that he still wanted a shot at Rey Fenix’s AAA Cruiserweight title.

In another segment, The Miz and Kit Wilson, free of Danhausen’s curse, confronted Matt Cardona following his loss to Gunther. Paige also had words for the Bella Twins after they turned against her at SummerSlam.
