NJPW releases full card for Saturday’s G1 Climax card at Sumo Hall – POST Wrestling

New Japan Pro Wrestling has released the full lineup for Saturday’s penultimate G1 Climax show, featuring the semi-finals.

NJPW will stage its first of two shows at Ryogoku Kokugikan (Sumo Hall) on Saturday as the G1 Climax is down to four men to determine who will advance to Sunday’s final.

Yota Tsuji will meet Yuya Uemura in one of the semi-final matches after Tsuji won Block A and Uemura was the runner-up in Block B.

The other semi-final features Callum Newman taking on Ryohei Oiwa.

Saturday’s show also features the retirement match of Hiroyoshi Tenzan, who will have a five-minute exhibition with long-time partner Satoshi Kojima. The retirement match is listed as the main event of the show.

In addition to Konosuke Takeshita’s involvement on the show, AEW has sent Wheeler Yuta for the final weekend and will team with Gabe Kidd.
