Will Ospreay Scores Win Over Jon Moxley To Retain AEW World Championship At All Out
Will Ospreay’s first defense of the belt.
Closing out the 2026 AEW All Out pay-per-view was Will Ospreay defending the AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley. It was Ospreay’s first defense of the belt since winning it from Kenny Omega at All In.
During Ospreay’s entrance, United Empire’s Francesco Akira and ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey flanked him. Bailey was holding a Death Riders flag, and Ospreay set it on fire. Before his music hit, Ospreay looked directly into the camera and said, ‘Let’s f*cking end this.’
There was a brawl on the outside between United Empire (Bailey & Akira) and the Death Riders (Daniel Garcia & Wheeler Yuta). Referee Paul Turner was accidentally taken out, so their brawl carried into the ring.
Marina Shafir stepped up to Bailey, but he took her down with a leg sweep. PAC entered the mix, but his opponent from earlier in the night and United Empire member Andrade El Idolo swooped in to offset him. Andrade has a contractually obligated shot at the AEW World Title, but he still showed up to help Ospreay.
Shafir got back involved and kicked referee Paul Turner in the face. Out came AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter). They fought with Shafir and then gave a double headbutt to Yuta.
In the end, Ospreay retained the AEW World Title. Moxley snatched the belt from Ospreay, but then put it over Ospreay’s shoulders and gave him a slap on the hand as a sign of respect.
