WWE Unhappy With Bayley For Post Suggesting She Might Show Up At All In

Bayley WWE RAW Promo August 2025

Bayley got some fans thinking there’s a chance we’ll see her show up at AEW All In later this month. The post is still up, but it has been claimed that there are some in WWE who aren’t happy about the message some have taken from it.

WWE Unhappy With Bayley

The post in question shows Bayley training with various wrestlers, including her close friend and AEW star, Mercedes Mone. The video has been paired with the caption, “all or nothing, baby,” with a song called All In playing in the background. It’s pretty easy to see how some fans have jumped to the assumption that Bayley might be teasing a WWE departure so that she can become All Elite.

According to WrestleVotes via Fightful Select, the video, coupled with the conclusion fans have jumped to off the back of it, has not landed well with some backstage in WWE. Everything from it raising eyebrows to unnamed people being downright unhappy about it. In the hours after those reports started to circulate, Bayley posted a photo of herself at an event with Stephanie McMahon and AJ Lee at an event. Possibly a coincidence, but potentially a retort to demonstrate she doesn’t have heat since she is out with McMahon, someone who, while not actively involved in WWE, still almost certainly has a big presence backstage and a lot of pull.

Bayley’s Contract Situation Muddies The Waters

If Bayley were actively competing on WWE TV right now, this probably wouldn’t get much attention. However, the post comes coupled with reports that Bayley has been offered a new deal but is yet to sign. It’s believed that’s why we’re quickly closing in on a month since the last time we saw her on TV, and that Bayley won’t be back until she signs a new contract.

The finer details of Bayley’s deal aren’t known. However, estimates have her current contract expiring at the beginning of 2027. TKO’s desire for stars on big money to sign deals that will result in significant pay cuts is also hanging over the situation. Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Sheamus reportedly left because they didn’t want to sign those new contracts. It’s possible Bayley has been offered a similar deal and is currently weighing up whether to sign it or let her current contract run out and then move on.

Whatever the situation, despite what fans have pulled from Bayley’s post, it’s unlikely, perhaps even impossible, that she could show up at All In. AEW’s biggest event of the year is only two weeks away, and there’s very little chance she’s a free agent who could appear on the show by then.
