Andrade El Idolo match announced for CMLL 93 Anniversary
AEW’s Andrade El Idolo recently announced a brief absence; however, he has now been announced for an upcoming match.
In the latest edition of CMLL Informa, it was announced that Andrade El Idolo will return to CMLL on September 18 at the 93rd Anniversary event to take on Volador Jr.
The event is set to take place at Arena Mexico. El Idolo’s last match at Arena Mexico was a loss to Volador Jr in December 2023. The AEW National Champion was last active on the August 5, 2026 episode of AEW Dynamite Grand Slam Mexico.
In addition to El Idolo’s match, the team of Mistico & Averno has been added to the Lucha De Apuestas eliminator against Templario & Último Guerrero, Dragón Rojo Jr & Bárbaro Cavernario, and Zandokan Jr & Star Jr.
