Speedball Mike Bailey: Shout Out Aigle Blanc, Who is Now In An Orphanage In Mexico I Think – Fightful

Speedball Mike Bailey speaks about wrestling in France and facing off with former star of the scene Aigle Blanc in BZW.

Aigle Blanc was a member of the French wrestling scene and would say goodbye to the scene last year upon signing with WWE, where he would become Elio LeFleur. He would soon after suffer a shoulder injury that he is still out of action recovering from.

While speaking to HaangEmHiigh in a new interview, Speedball Mike Bailey spoke about previously wrestling in France, as well as facing off with Aigle Blanc.

“First of all, shout out Aigle Blanc, who is now in an orphanage in Mexico I think. But it feels great. It feels fantastic. I mean, I am always very happy to come here to France and feel that even though I’m from Quebec, right? I’m from a whole other continent, that just because I speak French, people still feel a connection to me. And I’m excited to bring that to AEW and I’m glad that… It’s funny, but it’s a very new thing for AEW to come to France because where people are from, their origins, their first languages are always put at the forefront, right? AEW has done a great job of keeping people, keeping their wrestlers’ individuality and to bring that around the world, I think is something new and something special. And so I’m very excited for tomorrow.”
