Kevin Nash Opens Up About Turning Down Idea For AI Scott Hall Hologram
Kevin Nash was not on board with the idea.
On the latest episode of Kevin Nash’s Kliq This podcast, his co-host mentioned that there was an idea for an A.I. hologram version of the late Scott Hall to be featured at a WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
Nash confirmed that he was the deciding vote to turn down the idea.
“No,” Nash confirmed he was not in support of the Scott Hall A.I. hologram. He was then asked why he’s not a fan of A.I. holograms and replied, “Of course, because it was Scott. I spent 30 years of my life with Scott. I know Scott wouldn’t let them do that to me. Scott would’ve been like, nah, Kev wouldn’t want this.” Nash continued, “The Scott thing was so fresh too. Scott hadn’t been gone very long.” The co-host asked if it had been a year since Hall passed, and Nash said, “Yeah.” He continued, “I just believe in letting people — that have passed — leave them the f*ck alone, man. Because they don’t get a say-so. It’s always going to be their f*cking people. It’s going to be somebody that’s profitizing from that image, and I think that’s f*cked up.”
Hall passed away in March 2022 at the age of 63.
