Liv Morgan escaped RAW with the WWE Women’s World Championship after The Judgment Day helped derail Stephanie Vaquer’s bid to regain the gold.

Their WrestleMania 42 rematch on September 7 saw Vaquer push the champion to her limit, only for interference and a hidden belt shot to decide the finish.

Vaquer delivered Devil’s Kiss on the announce desk and later connected with an SVB, but Morgan stayed in the fight. The champion answered with a powerbomb and battled through damage to her knee before Vaquer landed an Angel’s Wings Codebreaker.

With Morgan in trouble, Vaquer climbed to the top rope. Raquel Rodriguez then appeared at ringside and shoved her off while Roxanne Perez distracted referee Eddie Orengo.

Orengo eventually ejected both Judgment Day members, but the disruption continued. Becky Lynch arrived to attack Rodriguez, and Perez slipped the championship belt to Morgan before Lynch chased her through the crowd.

With the referee distracted, Morgan struck Vaquer with the belt and followed with Oblivion to secure the pinfall.

The victory keeps Morgan’s reign intact and leaves Vaquer facing another setback in her pursuit of the championship she lost at WrestleMania 42.

Lynch also remains part of the picture, although her uneasy alliance with Vaquer continues to be tested by their shared ambition to hold the title.
