Will Ospreay Says MJF Is ‘F*cking Delusional’ For Still Carrying Around AEW Title Belt
Will Ospreay slams MJF for being delusional.
Since returning to AEW earlier this month, Friedman has been touting around his personal AEW World Championship belt despite losing his status as champion in July.
Speaking with New York Post for a new interview, Ospreay was asked to react to the latest example of MJF being unable to let things go.
“I think he’s fucking delusional, being honest with you. I think he’s finally cracked. He’s the type of person like, he brought his own ball to school but he would change the rules, you know what I mean? You’d be playing football and he’d be like, no, the goalkeeper isn’t allowed to use his hands. It’s like, yes he is. He’s that kid who’s never been told no. He’s super insecure. He’s so talented and so confident, yet he needs to feel like we owe him our careers and we owe him this attraction. Being honest, the moment that belt got taken away from him, I had a slight bit of joy. The fact that he’s running around with a championship that Tony and the governing bodies of AEW haven’t taken from him, I think that just shows how spoiled and how entitled that he is in AEW. This isn’t the MJF vanity project, this is where the best wrestle.”
MJF is set to take part in the Casino Gauntlet Match at AEW All In. Check out the updated lineup for the show by clicking here.
