Sol Ruca has described the WWE women’s locker room as “extremely healthy.”

While in the past, the WWE locker room often held an infamous reputation, things have changed now. In the modern era, both men and women have come out and praised the healthy environment in the current WWE locker room.

Recently speaking to the Toronto Sun, Ruca opened up and described the current WWE women’s locker room and claimed that everyone there wants to help each other.

“I would say it’s definitely just straight healthy. I mean, I think all of us are in the mindset that, you know, we want to help each other out, and we want to put on the best performances, the best matches that we physically can, and we have to be on the same page for that.

“And I think a lot of us, you know, will come up with ideas and we’ll run it by each other so that we can pitch it in a seamless way. Um, I think the locker room is extremely healthy, and I think, yeah, we’re all just bought into the fact that we want to show up and show out and show that the girls can do what the guys can do and we can do it better,” she finished.

Sol Ruca, 26, has been a part of the WWE roster since 2022. The former Women’s Intercontinental Champion has made her way onto the main roster after working hard at the WWE Performance Center and NXT, where she enjoyed multiple title reigns.
