Eddie Kingston pulled from AEW Continental Challenge Cup, ROH Death Before Dishonor card changes announced
Eddie Kingston is dealing with a medical issue and has been pulled from Saturday’s AEW Collision where he was set to compete in the Continental Challenge Cup.
Tony Khan took to X Friday to relay the news, saying Kingston wasn’t cleared. He didn’t go into the extent of the injury, but that he should hopefully be ok soon. Kingston was originally pulled from a Friday Canadian indie show and Khan intimated in his video that Kingston was going to wrestle Friday at the Ring of Honor Death Before Dishonor event.
Khan then announced that Death Before Dishonor will feature a play-in match between Daniel Garcia and Adam Priest with the winner moving on to face Claudio Castagnoli Saturday.
Khan also announced three new matches for the Zero Hour pre-show: Hechicero & Brian Cage vs. Jordan Oliver & Alec Price; AR Fox vs. Komander vs. Soleil, and Adam Brooks vs. El Phantasmo.
