WWE Announces Multi-Year Australia Deal, Wrestlepalooza Heading to Perth Wrestling News Source – Latest WWE, AEW, Pro Wrestling News, AEW All In: London 2026 Results

WWE is heading back Down Under, and this time it is part of a major multi-year deal.

WWE has confirmed Wrestlepalooza: Perth will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at RAC Arena, kicking off a new three-year agreement with the Western Australian Government through Tourism Western Australia.

The deal will see Perth host a WWE Weekend Takeover every year from 2026 through 2028, with each featuring a Premium Live Event alongside Raw and SmackDown.

This year’s huge weekend will look like this:

• Friday, December 11: WWE SmackDown
• Saturday, December 12: WWE Wrestlepalooza: Perth
• Monday, December 14: WWE Raw

All three events will take place at RAC Arena.

Wrestlepalooza Returns

WWE revived the Wrestlepalooza name in 2025, decades after it was famously used by ECW.

The 2025 event featured several major moments, including AJ Lee’s first match in more than a decade, The Usos reuniting as a traditional tag team, and Brock Lesnar facing John Cena for the final time.

Following that successful return, WWE is now taking Wrestlepalooza international for its second outing.

Perth will also host a range of WWE fan activities throughout the weekend, including Superstar meet-and-greets, WWE Superstores and community events.

Three-event combo tickets are scheduled to go on pre-sale on Wednesday, September 9 at 10am AWST. Priority Pass packages for Wrestlepalooza will also be available through On Location.

WWE Continues Major Push Into Perth

Wrestlepalooza will continue WWE’s growing relationship with Western Australia.

Perth previously hosted Elimination Chamber in 2024 and Crown Jewel: Perth in 2025.

According to WWE, those two events generated more than AUD $58 million for the Western Australian economy and attracted tens of thousands of visitors from outside the state.

Now Perth has secured WWE events for another three years, making the city a major part of the company’s international Premium Live Event strategy.
