Leon Slater is back on top of TNA’s X Division following a high-stakes championship showdown at TNA Lockdown 2026.

Slater challenged Cedric Alexander for the TNA X Division Championship in a Last Man Standing match inside the steel cage, with considerably more than championship gold riding on the outcome.

Under the stipulation, a Slater defeat would have resulted in his TNA records being erased. That would have included his previous X Division Championship reign, effectively rewriting the title’s history to show the championship passing directly from Moose to Alexander.
