Eddie Kingston out of the Continental Challenge Cup due to medical issue – POST Wrestling

Eddie Kingston is off the Continental Challenge Cup tournament due to a medical issue.

Tony Khan went live on X and stated that Kingston has a “medical issue” and will not be cleared for his quarter-final match against Claudio Castagnoli on Collision this weekend. This led to the news of a “play-in” match added to tonight’s ROH Death Before Dishonor card with Daniel Garcia taking on Adam Priest.

The winner of tonight’s match will face Castagnoli on Saturday night on the live episode of Collision from Reading, Pennsylvania.

Khan didn’t specify what Kingston was dealing with but stated, “Thankfully, Eddie is going to be okay.”

Collision will also feature Kyle O’Reilly taking on Orange Cassidy in the other quarter-final match. The semi-finals will take place next week in Glasgow, Scotland, and the winners will meet at All In London next Sunday at Wembley Stadium.
