“The Switchblade” Jay White has some major news to celebrate away from the wrestling ring, with the AEW star set to become a father for the first time.

White’s wife, Savanna Rae White, revealed the happy news on Instagram, announcing that the couple are expecting their first child in February 2027.

Savanna shared the announcement with the message:

“Our favorite valentine arrives February 2027”

The announcement comes during a busy period for White following his return to All Elite Wrestling earlier this year.

White had been sidelined with a hand injury before making his comeback at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view. His return to competition followed on the July 1 edition of AEW Collision, when the Bang Bang Gang joined forces with Adam Copeland to take on Shane Taylor Promotions.

The former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion has since continued to build momentum inside the ring. White most recently competed on the July 22 edition of AEW Dynamite, where he picked up a victory to advance in the Continental Challenge Cup.

Now, alongside his ongoing AEW run, White and Savanna have an even bigger milestone awaiting them in early 2027.
